ABC's Staff

Executive Director - Jennifer Agee, LPC

Jennifer has been the Executive Director of ABC since October 1998. She came to the agency with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washburn University and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Kansas City-Missouri (UMKC). Jennifer worked in UMKC's Community Counseling Center prior to her work at ABC. Jennifer has worked directly with birth parents and adoptive parents in our Domestic Program and is currently in charge of our International Programs. Jennifer feels that as soon as she stepped in the door of the ABC offices, she knew it was where she belonged!

Birth Parent Coordinator - Catherine Welch, LMSW

Catherine has been with ABC since September 2002, when she started as a Master's level social work intern from the University of Kansas. She came to the agency with a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas. Catherine worked with foster families and birthparents at Kaw Valley Center prior to her work at ABC. Catherine primarily works with adoptive parents in our Domestic Program. Catherine truly enjoys exploring options with adoptive parents and supporting them throughout the adoption process.

Adoption Coordinator - Heather Williams, LMSW

Heather began working with ABC in August 2005 as a social work intern. She came to the agency with a Bachelor in Social Work from Avila University and received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas in May 2006. Heather primarily works with adoptive parents in the China, Guatemala, and South Korea programs. She has a passion for international adoption and is honored to assist families through the adoption process.

Russian Representative - Natasha Osipova

Natasha is our in-country representative in Ivanovo City, Russia. Natasha graduated the Faculty of Foreign Languages with expertise in German, Italian and English. She has been working in the adoption field since 1996. "I have devoted all of my life to children and have the possibility to save our orphans from being lonely forever...Nothing could be better!"
